China, officially the People's Republic of China (PRC), is a sovereign state in East Asia. It is the world's most populous country, with a population of over 1.35 billion. The PRC is a single-party state governed by the Communist Party, with its seat of government in the capital city of Beijing.

In ancient times, China was ruled by many rulers whose title was that of an emperor. One of them was a wizard of great power, Emperor Ku, who even had his own dragon.[1]
One of the best known emperors to the non-magical populace is Qin Shi Huangdi, who unified China.
China is today a very powerful country.
